Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@revivedaily.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at hello@revivedaily.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: electric toothbrushes, face rollers, and sleep masks — unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
